Purpose: Create a feeling of Tuscany overlooking the Bay
Project Scope:

• Remove upper and lower front façade walls of house
• Remove hip and gable end roof structures
• All windows and doors replaced with double glazed powder coated windows and doors
• Customised wrought iron front entry doors and gates. Front entry door 250kg!
• Ground floor internal walls removed to create an open vista and view to The Bay and Jetty
• Pool and surrounds resurfaced in charcoal quartz
• Italian 1.0x1.0m marble tiling throughout ground floor
• Tuscan concrete columns installed on ground floor to support upper floor structure
• Complete rebuild of front façade including parapet walls, new roofs, and architectural window mouldings
• New kitchen and bathrooms including laundry combination
• Upper floor bedrooms re-configured and raked ceilings constructed
• New staircase with wrought iron and gold leaf handrails
