• Remove hip and gable end roof structures
• Whole rear of building including kitchen, dining, bathrooms, laundry, family room and alfresco areas demolished and removed
• Single tandem garage demolished
• Construct and add new kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, family and living areas including alfresco entertaining space
• Construct new granny flat with kitchen, laundry, bathroom and two bedrooms and living room
• New floor covering and paint throughout existing house to match new areas of the build
