Project Scope:
- Retain external footprint of home
- Old timber log retaining walls and weed garden removed
- Multiple internal walls removed and bedrooms and living areas re-configured
- Complete demolition and renewal of Kitchen, laundry, and bathroom
- New bathroom added to lower floor for use from the pool/alfresco area
- New rendering and paint finish to all external walls
- New blackbutt timber decking and glass balustrading
- New pool and alfresco dining area added to the outdoor areas to compliment the revamped and modern interiors
